It may still feel like the middle of winter outside, but Spring is in fact right around the corner!
Daylight Saving Time is this weekend, at 2AM Sunday, March 10th and it may not be just your clocks and watches that need an adjustment. Remember to set your thermostats forward one hour if they do not automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time.
Here are some issues that may arise if your thermostat has the incorrect time:
• At more than an hour of run time there are comfort issues
• Standard systems will not turn on/off during their normal times
• If systems are dependent on each other (i.e. a cooling tower scheduled with associate water cooled units), could cause unnecessary safety trips
